All our rooms possess the same inner outfits: air conditioning, a large colonial bed, authentic nineteenth century furniture and decoration, refined British styled textures, a mahogany- glass or mahogany-marble bathroom.

Nota bene : You have free Wifi internet access everywhere at Le Domaine Saint Aubin through your personal portable computer.

- Manor 2nd floor : 6 rooms from  35 to 40 m² on wide surrounding terrace with access to suspended lounge (looking on ocean and/or gardens, depending of the position)
- Lodges : 12 rooms of 60 m² including 22 m² private terraces  (all facing ocean)
- Twin houses on garden-floor : 2 rooms of  43 m² (accessible to disabled persons by car and/or wheelchair) including 15 m² private terraces and 2 quadruple rooms in duplex  of 60 m² + balconies (looking on manor and ocean)

B category :
- Manor 3rd floor : 5 rooms from 25 to 35 m² with access at mid-level to suspended lounge (looking on ocean and/or gardens, depending of the position)
-Twin houses on garden-floor : 3 room of 32 m² including 15 m² terraces (looking on manor and ocean)

Free bed for one child under 2 per room.

The Apartment-Suites

All facing the sea, distributed in three independent villas with private access from the road and their own parking on garden level in every building, our Apartment-Suites of 3/4 air-conditioned rooms offer a living surface of 170 m² each, that may receive up to 5 persons : two double rooms, two bath-rooms (showers and bathtub, hair-dryer), a 55 m² terrace with dining-room, a 55m² living-room with leather sofas, plasma screen T.V. (Canal Satellite), desk place + a large integrated kitchen-bar (dishes washing-machine and clothes washing-machine). Each Apartment-Suite is named after a great Jazz artist (Miles Davis, Billie Holiday, Count Basie etc…).
From the luxurious stay with to the longer season residence, this product gives the privilege of private tranquility, familial autonomy, friendly warmness or accommodations for business.

Minimum of booking = 4 nights in a row

Added fifth person = 22 € per night.

Free bed for one child under 2 per Apartment-Suite.

For a week or more renting, we offer the first morning breakfasts.

These rates include a weekly supply of sheets and towels but no cleaning nor room-maid service. The customer having to do a final cleaning when giving back the Apartment-Suite at his departure, a departure (or weekly) cleaning option will cost 50 €.

P.S. We give big garden-parties with dancing music bands at Le Domaine Saint Aubin on some sundays: it’s the perfect way to meet the people and culture of Martinique but we can’t serve dinners on these peculiar evenings that end at 10 pm. Firm booking is made by a prepayment of : - all nights for a staying of 1 or 2 nights, - 2 nights for a staying of 3 to 5 nights, - 4 nights for a staying of 6 to 8 nights, - 6 nights for a staying of 9 to 14 nights. You may pay either by credit card or by direct bank-to-bank operation. Accounts cannot be refunded.
